Buildspan AdComp

Buildspan AdComp PGM-G paving composites are high-performance reinforcement systems designed to strengthen asphalt pavements and extend road life. The product combines a mechanically bonded, 100% polypropylene continuous filament nonwoven geotextile with an alkali-resistant glass fibre grid. This combination creates a durable reinforcement layer that improves pavement stability and performance.

The glass fibre grid provides high tensile strength and helps distribute traffic loads across the pavement structure. At the same time, the nonwoven geotextile layer offers sealing and stress-relief properties. As a result, the composite reduces stress within asphalt layers and limits the development of reflective cracking.

Buildspan AdComp PGM-G is suitable for both new asphalt pavement construction and the refurbishment of existing carriageways. Contractors can install the system between asphalt layers or directly onto concrete and cement-stabilised bases. Once installed, it forms a reinforced interface that improves bonding and structural performance.

The system is developed to meet the requirements of EN 15381, ensuring reliable performance in demanding infrastructure projects. By improving load distribution and controlling crack propagation, Buildspan AdComp PGM-G helps extend the operational life of road surfaces while reducing long-term maintenance.
